The Beehives
Classes
The practices we teach in person, filmed and kept here. Part of a subscription — sign in and they play
Looking for your subscription…
Behind the door
The classes are the same practices we run at the gatherings — breathwork, yoga, meditation, ice and sauna, and the sitting that holds them together — filmed once, properly, and kept here so they are available on the morning you actually need them rather than the evening we happened to be in the same town.
They are part of a subscription. If you have one, sign in and they play here in the browser. Nothing is downloaded, nothing follows you afterwards, and there is no player from anyone but us.
Signed in
You are signed in, but this account does not have a live subscription — so the classes stay closed for now. Nothing is wrong with your account, and the daily practice in the app is unaffected: it is free and it stays free.
Signed in as the wrong account?
Not right now
We could not reach Osmia to check your subscription, so we are not going to guess. Nothing is wrong with your account as far as we know — we simply do not know, and would rather say that than show you a shelf we never opened.
The classes
You are signed in.
Nothing is on the shelf yet. The first classes are being filmed — when one is here, it will be here, and we will not put anything up before it is worth your time.

Wherever you are
The same practices, on a morning that suits you
Who teaches
The people who built Osmia, and the people we trust to stand in front of a room. Every class says who taught it, and every teacher is somebody you could meet at a gathering.
How this works
What plays here
Full classes, not clips. Each one is a practice from beginning to end, long enough to actually do — with the length written on it so you know before you start.
Who can watch
Anyone with a live Osmia subscription, in a browser, signed in. The same subscription that opens Ask Osmia in the app opens the shelf here — one subscription, not two.
What we do not do
There is no third-party player on this page, so nothing here reports what you watched, how far you got, or that you were here at all. No embeds, no pixels, no analytics — the same promise as the rest of the site.
Signing in on the web
Your session lives in this browser tab and nowhere else. Close the tab and you are signed out. It is the plainest thing we could build, and on a shared or borrowed computer it is the one that behaves.
If a class will not play
Reload the page first — playback links are short-lived by design and a fresh one is issued each visit. If it still will not, write to support and tell us which class.
A class is one morning done well. The practice is what happens on all the other ones.
