Live with intention
An intention each morning, an honest reflection each evening, and Osmia Chat for the moments in between. A daily practice — and the first step of a plan that goes beyond the app

The morning intention
Hold an intention, and the same day organizes differently around a different lens
Choose how you meet the day, and the day changes — what you notice, what you reach for, what you can let pass. The research record says this mechanism is real. When the morning is blank, Osmia’s AI offers an intention to start from.
Why it works→Osmia Chat is an AI, built on the research
Osmia Chat is a presence for daily moments, where you might feel stuck, the mind spinning or the body out of alignment — all the difficulties that come with being human. Osmia intelligently identifies how you can move out of this situation, either through the body or a mental shift.
It answers from a curated body of research on how people change, not from free association — and it reads your vault before it replies, so it knows what you are working with.

There’s a lot on my plate this week and my head feels full and scattered. Nothing’s wrong — I’d just like something concrete to take the edge off.
Before the next thing on your list, take one slow breath and feel your feet on the floor — just long enough to land in your body before your mind picks the list back up.
Save this practiceWhat does it mean to be human?
That question sits at the heart of the technological transition — and Osmia is put into the world to answer it
The problem
Material success does not bring happiness — yet we chase external goals expecting they will improve our lives. And machines are becoming capable of the very tasks we built our meaning, purpose, and identity on.
Our answer
The quality of life is the quality of experience — how we perceive the days we are given. Behind the technology stands a hidden invitation: to turn our attention back to what truly makes human life special.
The machines will think. Let them
Our work is different: to be, to experience, to be aware, to remain present with the vast mystery of existence itself.
Why we built Osmia→The road leads out of the screen
One of the strongest health interventions we know of is connection with other people. So we will gather — retreats and meetups first, and in time the Beehives: physical spaces where people who live intentionally meet. The first will stand in Chania, on Crete.
The evening reflection
In the evening you close the loop the morning opened, a reflection upon the day. This is where experience turns into understanding, and understanding into who you are becoming. Osmia’s AI can hand you a question when you need a way in, but the meaning is always yours to write or speak.
How the app works→Reflection
Your morning intention: today I ask more than I talk, and let people shine.
What do you take with you from today?
The junior designer’s idea was better than mine. Saying so out loud cost nothing — and it changed the whole meeting.
The vault
Osmia builds a map of you
Every conversation adds to a private vault: a growing web of linked notes about what matters to you — the places you return to, what has worked, what you are moving toward.
- Written by Osmia’s AI
It keeps a curated picture, never a transcript of your words. Crisis moments never enter it.
- Yours to open
Every note is there to read, change, pin or delete — and you can take the whole vault with you as plain files.
- Read before every reply
Osmia Chat looks here first. Over months, Patterns reads across it and writes you a reading.
- The daily practice is free
The morning intention and the evening reflection, yours for good. Osmia Chat is the subscription on top.
- Paid for by the people it serves
The subscription is Osmia’s entire income — no ads, and your data is never sold.
- Built where the science stands
The practice is grounded in the research record — the science page holds the whole case, source by source.
