We email you an acknowledgement straight away, with the date and time we received your withdrawal. We refund the full payment no later than 14 days after that, to the payment method you used, and end the subscription.

Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a contract for Osmia AI bought on osmia.day within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded - the day you subscribed.
To withdraw, use the form above, write to hello@osmia.day, or send a letter to Balder Berg Adelgaard (Osmia), Odyssea Kalligiani 2, 731 35 Chania, Crete, Greece. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your notice before the 14 days end.
What happens when you withdraw
We refund all payments we received from you for the contract, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. The subscription ends and, with it, access to Osmia AI.
